HOW DOES THE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT WORK?

Coming to the Amalfi Coast can be challenging for a variety of reasons: we ask our guests to contact us at least a week before arrival to best organize your arrival.

WE NEED YOUR PHONE NUMBER, WHICH WORKS IN ITALY, PREFERABLY WITH A MESSAGING APP LIKE WHATSAPP.
This way, we can send you information and details on how to get there.

We prefer to use the SELF CHECK-IN option, which offers great flexibility. We generally meet our guests the morning after arrival to get to know each other and organize your stay together.

To check in in person, it is essential to call Giovanni at 0039 3331256214, or Pietro at 0039 3478118522, one hour before your arrival to schedule an appointment and receive travel assistance. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment via email in the days before your arrival (email: info@calanteluna.it). This way we can send you information

WHAT ARE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES?

> Self check-in from 2:00 PM
> In-person check-in: from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
> For in-person check-in after 6:30 PM, there is an extra charge of €50.00 and is available upon request.
> Check-out: by 10:30 AM

WHAT IS THE TOURIST TAX?

The Tourist Taxi s a communal tax that must be paid to the Praiano Municipality and it is paid at check-in. It is Eur 2,50 per person per day, children under 10 years old are exempt.

ARE CLEANINGS PERFORMED DAILY?

Cleaning is not daily. A free final cleaning is provided on the day of check-out.

ARE YOUR APARTMENTS LOCATED IN THE TOWN CENTER?

We are in the heart of Praiano, in the neighborhood of Vettica Maggiore.

The location and the views are amazing: CalanteLuna Relais looks over the bay of Positano and has an incredible view of Positano, the Faraglioni of Caprii, the Sorrento Peninsula, the Li Galli island and the Vetara island. The sunset here is a true experience!

Around us you can find bars, restaurants, shops, the tourist office, ll reachable on foot in a few minutes.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR? IS THERE A PARKING AREA?

Near Relais CalanteLuna, there is a public street parking area marked with blue lines (paid parking) and white lines (free parking). It's generally easy to find a space. Parking availability is not guaranteed.
WE DO NOT HAVE OWN PARKING AVAILABLE TO GUESTS.
In Praiano and the Amalfi Coast, driving can be a problem for those unaccustomed to our narrow roads. The curves are winding and parking spaces are limited. Parking rates are not always cheap and depend on both the length of stay and the size of the car.

ARE THERE ANY NON-SMOKERS APARTMENTS?

Our apartments are all non-smokers. They are all equipped with external areas (terrace or garden) where it is allowed to smoke.

HOW ARE THE APARTMENTS EQUIPPED? 

All apartments include a TV, safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, towels, and sheets. A washing machine is located in a common area and is available to guests free of charge. Free air conditioning is also available. Kitchens, where available, are well-equipped with utensils and appliances, although not all have an oven or dishwasher.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY?

Pets are allowed upon request. We accept small and medium sized pets, in respect of the property and of the other guests.

CAN WE BOOK EXCURSIONS?

YES! Excursions can be booked in advance or directly at the property: we recommend everyone visiting Capri, Positano, Ravello, and Pompeii.
In recent years, with the growth in tourism, it's increasingly important to plan and book excursions and experiences, such as cooking classes, wine tastings, etc., in advance to ensure availability.
We are available to organize and book all these activities in advance: let us know your requests and we'll work together!

INTERNET CONNECTION

WI-FI Internet connection is free of charge and works both inside the apartments and in the external areas.

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE?

No, we do not provide breakfast.
